Learning Center Music Enrichment Program

The music enrichment program at the Pass It On Learning Center is led by Teacher Matthew.  He incorporates a live music component into the program on a daily basis, allowing the children to creatively implement thier own musical interests through instrumental exploration, song, and theatrical play. While music stimulates each child individually, it is a language that is recognized internationally. Our program explores melody, rhythm, rhyme, prose, fingerplay, and the diversity of music throughout the world. We also implement impromptu musical and theatrical shows, using our vivid imaginations to incorporate role play and dress up into our musical program. Music has the power to bring communities together, and therefore we engage with music to better build relationships with each other.
